How I got into bodybuilding?

Well, I wasn’t a big fan of physical activities or sports back in my playful days. In fact, as a kid I wasn’t interested in any kind of physical activity or sports. Rather, I was more of a nerd, you know a guy who’s into video games and anime and cartoons. I was as lazy as if I was a fat teddy who just loves to hibernate. Well, the good thing is that didn’t last for too long. Things started changing for me when I got into my high school years, basically at my 16s. I got so humiliated by people around me making me feel as if I was a curse that it got to me real hard. I joined a local gym and started working out. I didn’t see much progress though as a beginner. Well, there was a long and steep path yet to come as I moved forward to college. Over these years I experienced and learned a lot about fitness, nutrition and bodybuilding. And, I was finally able to change my physique and meet some impressive strength goals though I still have a long way to go.

Why I want to help others?

I realized over the years that there are some aspects in this industry that are not clearly conveyed to the beginner population in fitness and bodybuilding. Hence, a pool of confusion has emerged in this field. I want to clear all these possible confusions through my study and research and experience.

The purpose of this website is to dive into these swirling confusions and incomplete topics and concepts in fitness and bodybuilding and clear all the confusion in a simplistic and sophisticated manner.
